Hello all!
As the new board president for Victoria Acres Equine Facility (VAEF), I’d like to express my thanks to all of you reading this who, in some way, have supported the mission of VAEF. As a parent of a VAEF student, I can attest to the physical, psychological, cognitive, social and educational benefits their programs offer.
I’m grateful to be following in the footsteps of the incredible Martha Mallon, previous board president and wonderful riding instructor. Thank you, Martha for your five years of service! Thanks also to Amy Lochner, for her service on the board. Her love for our horses, students and what we do will continue even though she’s leaving the board. Be sure to stop by the office to thank her and say hello! I’m thankful for Erin Pashley, Executive Director, who has devoted herself to keeping this boat afloat and ensuring every student has what they need to be successful. To the staff and volunteers, you are the backbone of this organization. Nothing happens without your dedication, so you have my deepest appreciation. And to my family and friends who love my daughter, know my passion for VAEF, and always give their support when called upon, there aren’t enough thanks in the world!
