Groundworking Lessons

Groundworking sessions are an hour in duration. The cost is $30 per participant. 

Being in the company of horses can help you to become a better person. Whether you are an avid horse lover or new to horses interacting with a horse can provide you with a new way of thinking. Individuals have found that these lessons provide the following:

• Mindful of your thoughts and your body
• Self-regulating
• Increase your awareness
• Improve self confidence and self esteem
